Rebecca Reyna serves as Senior Director, Portfolio Operations & Asset Management at Anderson Real Estate, overseeing the operational and financial infrastructure of approximately 2.8 million square feet across eight markets. Her work spans budgeting and forecasting, asset strategy, dispositions, technology and corporate policy, and she leads the development of board materials and executive communications. Since 2020, she has helped deliver more than $500 million in capital projects, including the re-envisioning and refinancing of Anderson Towers in Century City, and has guided more than $200 million in dispositions.

Rebecca also shapes how Anderson shows up for its people and in the world. Her work spans human resources, brand standards, the company’s website, marketing, and events. More recently, she has taken the lead on Anderson’s adoption of artificial intelligence, from policy development and employee training to the integration of AI into everyday workflows.

Rebecca has built her career at Anderson, rising to senior leadership over the past decade with a working command of nearly every part of the business. As Chief of Staff, she partnered with executive leadership to strengthen the company’s infrastructure and scale its processes. Earlier, as property and leasing manager of Ace*Mission Studios in Boyle Heights, she transformed a 17-acre campus of vacant warehouses into a fully leased production campus, including a three-year tenancy by Apple.

A native Angeleno, Rebecca earned her B.A. in Literary Journalism from the University of California, Irvine, and holds a California Real Estate License. Outside the office, she enjoys design and home projects, hosting themed gatherings for friends and family, and spending time with her husband and their two pets, Remy the corgi and Pasta the cat.
