MATT LAVIN

Vice Chairman

Matt Lavin currently serves as Vice Chairman of Anderson Real Estate. Since 2019, he has served as President and CEO, leading the company through a comprehensive transformation. Under his leadership, Anderson Real Estate has invested over $300 million in its real estate portfolio.  He oversees the strategic plan across the company’s platform.  This includes leading design and development efforts, leasing and marketing initiatives for the office, retail, and industrial properties, and managing financings and dispositions of the assets.  

Prior to joining Anderson Real Estate, Matt was a Partner at Worthe Real Estate Group, a privately held real estate development and management firm focused on investments in Los Angeles. During his 15-year tenure at Worthe, he participated in the acquisition of over $2.7 billion of assets and was involved in the development and leasing activities totaling more than seven million square feet.

Matt also serves as Chief Executive Officer of NTS Capital. Matt is known for his collaborative leadership style, fostering an open-door culture focused on operational excellence, strong employee engagement, and strategic execution. Matt is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, and on the SSDC Silver Council. He also sits on the Board of Adopt Together, a non-profit organization. Matt earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. He lives in Santa Monica with his wife and three daughters and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
