Barrett Stone is the Vice President of Property Operations at Anderson Real Estate, where she oversees more than 3 million square feet of commercial, mixed-use, and NNN properties. She is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing tenant relationships, and executing strategies that maximize long-term asset performance. One of Barrett’s most significant accomplishments to date is leading cross-functional teams through the $100+ million re-envisioning of Anderson Towers in Century City.

Prior to joining Anderson Real Estate, Barrett worked with Boston Properties and Blackstone, where she managed approximately 2.5 million square feet of commercial space in Santa Monica. With more than 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, her career spans the management of high-profile assets ranging from The John Buck Company’s portfolio in Chicago to 707 Wilshire in Downtown Los Angeles.

Barrett is an active member of IREM and BOMA Los Angeles and holds the Certified Property Manager® (CPM), Real Property Administrator® (RPA), and LEED Green Associate (LEED GA) designations. She is a proud University of San Diego alumna, where she earned a degree in Business Administration.

Barrett resides in the South Bay and, outside of work, enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons, going to the beach, traveling, and practicing yoga.
